All registrations are processed in NZD.

AUD pricing is to show conversion based on rates as of 1 March 2026. Please note rate conversion is subject to your banks rates and date you register/process payment.

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES:

Member- to qualify for this category, you must be a current financial member of ANZBMS. If you are not a current financial member of ANZBMS you can join now to take advantage of the substantially discounted member rates. Please click here for more information.

Non-Member - any registrant who is not a current financial member of ANZBMS.

Student - currently studying to obtain a higher degree (Hons, Masters, PhD, MD).

Early Career Investigator (ECI) - An ECI is defined as a current higher degree student or current researcher within 10 years from the award of a PhD/MD (career disruptions will be taken into account).

However, if you are currently studying to obtain a higher degree (Hons, Masters, PhD, MD), you are eligible for the 'student rate'. Please note, if you are registering as a student or Early Career Investigator (ECI), you will need to tick the full time student button within the profile section during the registration process.

Please contact ASN Events if you need to change to a student registration type.

Earlybird - payment must be received for early bird discounted registrations no later than the specified early bird rate deadline. Payment not received will result in a forfeit of the discount.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

VISA's are required unless you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen! The Electronic Travel Authority visa allows you to visit Australia as many times as you want, for up to a year, and stay for three months each visit. There is no Visa Application Charge for the ETA, there may be an application service charge of AUD20. At this time all ETA-eligible passport holders need to apply for an ETA using the Australian ETA app. For more information see this step by step guide or visit the Visa page here.

Important Notice: Fraud Prevention and Official Communication

Please be vigilant regarding potentially fraudulent activity and suspicious email correspondence. All official communication from ASN Events will originate only from a @asnevents.net.au email address.

Key Security Reminders:

  • We will never request payment via email containing bank transfer details without an official invoice.

  • All card payments must be made through our secure online payment gateways.

If you receive any emails that appear suspicious or request payment, do not respond, click any links, or provide any information. Instead, contact us directly to verify the legitimacy of the communication.

Your security is our priority. Thank you for your cooperation.

FAQS

  • Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact ASN Events via email sally.w@asnevents.net.au no later than 45 days prior to the commencement of the conference. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply to cover administration costs incurred in relation to your registration. Should you cancel less than 45 days prior to the commencement of the conference, no refund will be payable.

    In accordance with the above policy, cancellations made:

    Before Thursday 23 July 2026 will be eligible for a full refund less $100 cancellation fee

    On or after Friday 24 July 2026 will not receive a refund, however, delegate substitution is possible.

  • The registration dashboard is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and look after all aspects of the conference themselves prior and post conference. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to add social function tickets, add/amend your extras, book or amend your accommodation, make payment, edit/begin your abstract or download your invoice.

    If you have previously registered for a conference run by ASN, you would have more than likely developed your own 'registration dashboard'. If so, when registering for this conference - please enter your email and password under 'returning delegate', and click on SFS 2026.

    If you are yet to register for a conference run by ASN - you will need to set up your own registration dashboard and therefore you will need to click on 'register as a new delegate'. Once you have filled out your details, you will have now developed your own 'Registration dashboard'.

  • If you are a group manager that is arranging registrations for delegates within your organisation, please click here to view instructions.

  • A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘dashboard’.

    The payment options are:

    - Credit card - Visa or Mastercard (3.70% surcharge applies).

    - Direct debit (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application)

    Fees are payable prior to commencement of the event to ensure admission and are in New Zealand dollars.

    A Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your ‘dashboard’ at any time.

    You are able to make multiple payments through multiple payment types at any time. Once you are on the payment page, just select or de-select the items you would like to pay for by credit card or have appear on an invoice.

    All online registrations are checked by the conference team. If there are any issues with your registration they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered, return to your ‘dashboard’.

  • In the event you are unable to attend the conference, substitution of your registration is available to an unregistered colleague or friend by writing via email to ASN Events (sally.w@asnevents.net.au). Any reimbursement for registration and additional costs must be sought directly with the new delegate.

  • The Conference Organisers accept no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond their reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.

    If the Conference Organisers elect to re-schedule the conference, all registrations and additional items are automatically rolled over to the new dates of the conference.

    If the Conference Organisers elects to cancel the event, the liability is limited to a refund of registration costs, subject to fees and conditions. The conference will not refund any travel costs associated with the cancellation of the event. Accommodation pre-payments will be refunded subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.

  • All best endeavors will be made to present the program as published on the conference website. The Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused because of such alteration.

  • By registering, participants acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at the conference their image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of the conference which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Conference Organisers. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise ASN Events in advance by email.
