Check-in times: Rooms are not guaranteed available until 2pm on the day of check-in, though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night or contact the hotel directly after booking.

Changes - If you require additional room nights not already available to book in the registration portal, please contact the conference organisers for availability. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference organiser, NOT the hotel itself.

Payment & Cancellations - Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation policies apply when a cancellation is made within 35 days of arrival. Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked.
